Perhaps it’s because we were staying in a trendy part of Denver – close to Coors Field – but for whatever reason, I didn’t care much for most of the breweries we stopped at. River North was one of the clear exceptions.

Both time and 10 more stops after the brewery have somewhat clouded my memory, but I do remember many tasty beers. My wife and drinking partner does not typically care for Belgians, but we found all of their offerings to be quite tasty.rnout

From barrel aged wits to heavy-handed quads, each sample on their flight was well worth the trip. Of course, they wouldn’t be a west coast brewery without their own hopbomb IPA, but most of ten attention here is on saisons and Belgians, and they’re damn good at it.
